How to start the trial?

You first need to sign up for a subscription plan. Your credit card won't be charged until the trial expires. You get 1 week for the monthly plan and 2 weeks for the annual plan. Cancel the subscription at least one day before the expiration date.

Apple will send you a confirmation email and you can see the current license status in the preferences.
