How to activate my subscription?

If you already subscribed through our website, but still can't use NotePlan, ensure you are using the same Apple ID on all devices, and please check your email inbox. You should have received a welcome email with activation instructions.

If you didn't get a welcome email in your inbox (check the email address you used to subscribe), you might have mistyped your email address. Reach out to [email protected] for help with your name and the email address you have used.

Activating NotePlan will also sign you in using your Apple ID. If this doesn't happen, go to Settings > License and click on "Sign In". You need to sign in on all devices, so they are connected.
