I can't renew my subscription

If you are trying to renew your subscription inside NotePlan and it's not working, you can try it through the AppStore app: itms-apps://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (copy this link into Safari if it's not clickable).

Then click on "Edit" beside NotePlan and choose a plan here:


If this is not working for you, please send us screenshots and more details of where you are trying to renew and about the error you are receiving. You can also send us a log of your failed attempt.
