How to share logs from the web app?

To help us troubleshoot your problem using the web app of NotePlan, please share the logs after the problem occurred. The logs are usually found in the "Console" of the browsers development tools.

Chrome

1. Right click anywhere, then click on "Inspect".

2. Switch to "Console" in the window or split view that opens.

3. Right-click on the first entry and click on "Save as...".

4. Send us the saved file.

Safari

1. Right click anywhere, then click on "Inspect Element".

2. Switch to "Console" in the window or split view that opens.

3. Now click on one entry and then select all using CMD+A (or CTRL+A on Windows).

4. Right-click on the selected entries and click on "Save Selection".

5. Send us the saved file.
